“Sander clearly understands the challenges of a fast-paced corporate environment, and how to adapt what they are teaching to their clients in a way that is accessible and realistic. The objective is very powerful – keeping everyone focused on achievable goals and help drive sustainable results. The Training was extremely helpful for me; the sessions were eye-opening and very inspiring. Taking care of oneself is something that we tend to forget, although it is critical if we want to be able to take care of others. I tremendously appreciated the follow-up “body-guard” sessions, which gave me personalised feedback on my stress and recovery levels. The combination of in-class training, with personal 1-2-1 coaching and additional tips, gave me the opportunity to take a holistic view on my own performance, and motivated me to continue to pay attention to both my personal and professional development."

I had a pleasure of knowing Sander in a seminar, that he was hosting. It was about health and basically – about how to take care of yourself – mentally and physically. In a world of fake enthusiasm fighting for sunlight with corporate cynism… Sander strikes a perfect balance between being very down to earth, but also very scientific in a most positive way. He does not shy away to tell when he does not know something, though he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise – helping people to become better versions of themselves. And if you, the one who reads this recommendation, have been to at least one similar seminar (“how to become a better version of yourself”)… I am pretty sure that you have experienced something, what I call “host being religious”. A situation, where the host on the stage is embracing the role of evangelist sooooooo much, that it becomes actually unattractive and hard to digest. I was very sceptical about the course from the get-go, but Sander was the one that proved me wrong in showing that these topics can be covered without looking overwhelmingly passionate (e.g. religious). Talking about nutrition, your physical and mental readiness, one of the key factors is being pragmatic. E.g. explaining what small things you could do to start making changes today, and not tomorrow. And I definitely think that this is one of the biggest strengths that Sander has - a big pool of very pragmatic advice applicable in very different situations. On top of that, for what it’s worth, Sander played a key role in me becoming way more healthier than I was before the course – including physical exercise, nutrition, and most importantly – overall mindfulness.
